Job Summary:
We are looking for two motivated individuals fluent in English to join our team as Client Follow-up Representatives. In this role, you will make follow-up calls to clients post-meeting, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls to clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Update and maintain client records in the database
- Work with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Send a Daily Situation Report (DaSatRep) to the Managing Director

Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work during the night shift (8 PM – 2 AM)
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software
- Shift: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM (6 hours/day, 5 days/week)
